SAMPLES

PFA Promotions understands that it can be a difficult decision ordering promotional products without seeing physical samples. We do ask that you make sure that pricing & style is correct before ordering samples. We have to charge for our samples as we have to pay for them from the factories.

Maximum dollar value is $20 or two types of any one style of product. All samples provided free of charge are requested to be returned within 21 days or they will be billed out at the 100 quantity rate.

If samples are required above the $20 rate or multiple items of the same product we will ask that they be paid in full before despatch & they will be credited against your order if they are returned in original condition.

ARTWORK

Please supply all artwork in .eps vector format, with all text saved as curves or outlines.

Some .pdf files are ok depending on original file source.

If not supplied in correct format we may have to have your logo redrawn at a small cost depending on complexity.
